ORGANISATIONAL PROFILE: Inclusion For All – Ghana (IFAG)
- Introduction
Inclusion For All – Ghana (IFAG) is a registered non-governmental, non-profit, and non-partisan organisation (Company Limited by Guarantee). Recognising that traditional approaches to disability rights often focus on addressing existing prejudices, IFAG has adopted a pioneering, preventive strategy. We believe the most effective way to foster an inclusive society is to prevent prejudice from forming in the first place by empowering the next generation with accurate information and inclusive values. - Mission Statement
To empower the next generation with accurate information about disability, foster values of inclusion and acceptance, and create a Ghana where all children value diversity and persons with disabilities are fully integrated into all aspects of society. - Core Values
IFAG’s operations and interventions are guided by six foundational values:
- Inclusion: Respecting the rights and dignity of all persons, especially persons with disabilities.

- Strategic Objectives & Key Pillars A. Education and Awareness
IFAG targets the formative years of children to instil a culture of acceptance.
- Conducting targeted school tours and educational programmes to teach children about disability rights and diverse lived experiences.
- Developing and distributing age-appropriate materials—including drama films, books, and flyers—that challenge stereotypes and promote positive attitudes.
- Engaging parents, families, and community members in discussions regarding disability rights. B. Teacher Training and Support
We support the educators who shape the classroom environment. - Providing training and resources on inclusive teaching practices and reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.

IFAG works at the policy level to turn inclusive theory into educational reality. - Advocating with the Ghana Education Service (GES) and relevant authorities to increase the enrolment, retention, and support of students with disabilities in mainstream schools.

We are a results-oriented organisation. IFAG systematically measures shifts in societal attitudes toward children with special needs and evaluates programme impact to ensure sustainable change.
