A teacher with visual impairment, madam Felicia Adikie Buertey of the Dawu-Awukugua Presbyterian basic school in the Eastern Region of Ghana, is seeking the help of the public to find a man who offered to help her but ended up swindling her.
The man, Kwabena Kumi Ofori Addo presented himself to madam Felicia as a human rights advocate at a time she had issues with her former boyfriend, and offered to assist her to seek justice.
Kwabena actually assisted her to sue the man at the Mampong District court.
Madam Felicia Buertey got disappointed when the court, at a point when her former boyfriend stopped going to the court, told her to go and look for the man and call them to go and arrest him.
Impossible for her a blind woman to go looking for her abusive former boyfriend, she decided to stop pursuing the case.
Few months after, Kwabena approached madam Felicia with a request to take a loan for him from the bank where she saves.
Madam Felicia, seeing the request as an opportunity to return a favour, obliged and requested a loan of Gh¢13,000 with the agreement for it together with an interest of Gh¢5,000 to be deducted from her salary monthly over a two-year period, while Kwabena promised to pay it to her in a monthly instalment.
She later discovered when the deduction started, that she had signed for a loan of Gh¢13,900 instead of the Gh¢13,000 Kwabena told her. She tried finding out from him why it was so but that resulted in argument.
In the end, Kwabena paid only about Gh¢3,000 out of a total of Gh¢18,900 and then vanished into thin air.
His mother who is the Queen Mother of Osino in the Eastern Region, later intervened and promised to pay the rest but managed to pay only Gh¢6,000.
Madam Felicia Buertey who narrated the incident in an interview with DisabilityNewsGH said, Kwabena does not answer her calls anymore and all other efforts to reach him have proven futile.
She is, therefore, calling on the public, particularly people within the Dewu-Mampong enclave to help her find Kwabena Kumi Ofori Addo, the son of the Queen Mother of Osino.

Owe this is not true. Madam filicia boyfriend was him. I drove the school before. Madam Felicia this is Denis the driver I always go and shear fliers of the school. Stop this. We are the same organization that helped u years ago in school. I was a witness when ever you come for money from the school on that investment. Mr Kumi is on an ECOWAS tour. He must know this. The lady in the story filicia stays at ashiaman . This issues by the audio recording clear that Felicia begun to stop the business after the COVID issues strike the school both agreed to invest in. Not just that amount she claims because we all put in some investment . Another reason which I was a witness when Felicia suggested they should find a spiritual place to put the school but Mr Kumi kept tossing her. Then the 3rd misunderstanding was when Felicia asked if Mr Kumi can get her boys to hunt the 2 kids father David Osei and beat him up till he get hurt because David Osei was getting married to another woman. We use to visit her those days when they Felicia and Mr Kumi were dating . But I was even the one who assisted the Organization to fight in court to help mr kumi and Felicia and 2 kids when she wanted a separation from her kids dad. We took Legal Aid from koforidua high court and she won. After I remember myself and Mr Kumi went to her house at dewu 2 occations and her school where she teaches. This case must go to court because I have all records of the money Felicia took from Mr Kumi monthly 714ghc for 9 months and some few audio recording between them on this issue. Mr kumi is a head of security analyst and he did every detailed recordings when they went to the Akropong bank.
Please when Mr Kumi is back , this issues with all the audio recording must go to court. The family of Mr kumi even gave Felicia 6000gh which I was informed .
It was never a loan Mr kumi took it was a partnership business and we have the photos I also brought in some educational materials from Germany volunteers which Felicia even took some for her kids every weekends she visit the school . OMG. Delete this scam reportage immediately if I can advice .
