Mr. Tetteh Zoda, a Goldsmith with disability based at Agormanya in the Lower Manya District of the Eastern Region, is calling for sponsorship to train fellow persons with disabilities.

He says, he is willing to help other persons with disabilities to acquire the skill to fend for themselves and even their families, however, he lacks the capacity to do it.

Mr. Zoda who currently works from his porch as his workshop, explains that the lack of a befitting workshop and the full complement of tools makes it difficult for him to admit learners.

In an interview with DisabilityNewsGH, he says, he does not like to see persons with disabilities begging on the streets, and believes that passing his knowledge on to colleagues disabled will go a long way to reduce the number of disabled beggars on the streets.

Mr. Zoda needs about Gh¢20,000 to expand his business but says, members of the public can contribute any amount of money they can afford. And can also patronise his service to enable him to raise funds.

Mr. Tetteh Zoda produces wedding rings and all other rings, as well as necklaces and anklets. He also washes old golden and silver rings and chains.

He can be reached on 0548334129 or 020 489 154.
