Renowned Gospel Musician, Michael Oware Sakyi a.k.a Minister OJ, has launched a new project which is making his songs accessible to the deaf community.

The initiative to include sign language in his music videos is being done in collaboration with Silanem Productions.

Minister OJ announced the new project in his interaction with the media.

According to him, he had always been passionate about the deaf and hoped that the initiative would be an example for other entertainers to follow.

 “My passion has always been to help the deaf community and I believe that this initiative will go a long way to conscientize the entertainment community to include them in their activities”.

“My Music brings Healing and Encouragement and that is what I am sending to this community with this initiative”, he said.

The first of the initiative is due for release on Friday, May 5, 2023; the sign language video of his hit song, ‘Ma ye se mo pen’ from his 2020 ‘Nokwasem’ album. 

Other tracks are also expected to be repackaged in the same manner shortly after.
