Osei Collective advanced its mission of economic inclusion by hosting a high-impact Masterclass at the British Council Accra, equipping entrepreneurs with disabilities with crucial skills in customer experience, marketing, and artificial intelligence to accelerate their business growth.
The Masterclass is a key component of PROJECT MRKTPLCE, a six-month economic inclusion programme designed to expand market reach and provide new opportunities for disabled entrepreneurs.
The session emphasised practical learning, ensuring participants gained actionable strategies for strengthening their businesses and competing in the digital economy.
“At Osei Collective, we believe that economic opportunities should be accessible to all, regardless of ability,” said Jessica Quelennec, Founder of Osei Collective.
“PROJECT MRKTPLCE is more than a programme—it’s a movement toward breaking barriers and ensuring that entrepreneurs with disabilities have the tools, knowledge, and networks to thrive. We are especially grateful to the British Council Accra for providing the space and support to make this Masterclass a success. Partnerships like these are vital in creating inclusive platforms where everyone has the chance to grow and succeed”, she added.
Through expert-led sessions and collaborative learning, participants not only gained technical skills but also fostered a supportive community of resilient business owners.
By integrating AI and modern marketing strategies, the Masterclass empowered entrepreneurs to leverage technology to scale their small businesses with confidence.
Osei Collective remains dedicated to driving inclusive economic empowerment through initiatives like PROJECT MRKTPLCE, which aims to bridge the gap for underrepresented entrepreneurs in Ghana and beyond.
